Man oh man, I don't know how but these guys just keep getting better. Big old quesadilla, Uncle Buck style! And of course everything has to be covered in tequila and made out of bacon. Nice job.

World's Longest Enchilada
Give me a weekend on the Captain Morgan's and a Sunday morning hangover and I'm pretty sure I could take this down.
"Residents of Iztapalapa cooked up a 230-foot-long (70-meter-long), almost 1 1/2-ton enchilada Sunday. Guinness record official Ralph Hannah announced that it was the world's biggest."
