Last night I made a real canadian delicacy. KFD with extra thick cut bacon. If you are wondering what KFD is, its Kraft Fuckin Dinner. Since there was a hackey game on dipped into the ol hastings liquor store for a 6er of pbr to go with this fine meal i had planned.
From here on out I will only bake bacon and only buy the $16.99 extra thick cut 1KG bacon from safeway on sale for $10.99. it is the best bacon goin but its so big its hard to fit 6-8 pieces in the pan so option 2 is to bake it. Turn the oven to 375, fill the tray up, chuck it in then 15 mins later you're stylin plus your house smells amazing. No fiddlin around with that flippin the bacon nonsense. Just set it and forget it.
This is quite possibly the best bang for your buck meal in the world. Its tasty, fills ya up and costs a buck a box. Toss some montreal steak spice, pepper and franks in there and you're off to the races.
Seein as how I dont fuck around in the kitchen my KFD and bacon were done pretty much at the same time so chopped the bacon up with scissors into 1 inch pieces and into the KFD they go. What a meal!! Couldnt finish the meal but definitely polished off all the bacon.
